At GoofyAnt.com, we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products to our customers. However, we cannot guarantee that all information provided is completely accurate or error-free. Therefore, the following product information terms apply:

3. Personalisation

For personalised products, please ensure that you enter the correct spelling and details when placing your order. We will not be held responsible for any errors in the information you provide. Personalised products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they are faulty.

If you are uploading a photograph you must ensure that you have obtained all relevant permissions to use the photograph from any persons in the photograph and the photograph is otherwise appropriate to upload. 

If you are uploading a photograph, images must be in JPEG or PNG format. Any other format such as Word documents and PDFs cannot be accepted. The minimum size of the photograph we can accept is 1000px for the shortest edge of your photo. If you try to upload a photo that has a smaller image size, we will accept it however if your Personalised Product does not meet your expectations we cannot accept responsibility.

Please note that we may modify content or material in order to conform it to Goofy Ant or the requirements of the product you have ordered (such as by cropping images).

4. Payment

 We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and debit cards. Payment is required at the time of purchase, and we will not dispatch your order until payment has been received in full.

If you require an invoice for your purchase, please contact us using the methods stated in section 1.3 and provide us with your name, address, and order details. We will then provide you with an invoice via email within 30 business days.

5. Pricing

We strive to offer fair and competitive prices for all of our products. However, please note that prices are subject to change without notice.

All prices listed on our website are in the currency specified on the website and include any applicable taxes however they do not include any shipping fees. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and added to the total purchase price.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price. We will notify you of any pricing errors and give you the option to cancel your order or proceed with the correct price.

6. Order Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed on our website for any reason. If we refuse your order, we will notify you by email or phone and provide you with a reason for the refusal. The following are some common reasons why we may refuse an order:

  2. The product you ordered is out of stock.
  3. The product you ordered has been discontinued.
  4. The shipping address you provided is incorrect or incomplete.
  5. The billing address you provided does not match the information on file with your payment method.

  7. The order appears to be a bulk or reseller orders.
  8. The order violates our terms and conditions.

  10. The order is not in line with our values and mission.
  11. If we refuse your order, we will refund any payment you have made for the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a refund at any time.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our e-shop. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a returns and refund policy for both personalised and non-personalised products.

Non-Personalised Products:

If you are not completely satisfied with your non-personalised purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Personalised Products:

Please note that personalised products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they are faulty. If your personalised product is faulty, we will replace it or provide you with a full refund. If you receive a faulty personalised product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

To request a refund or exchange, please contact us using the methods stated in section 1.3 within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us.

Please note that we will not be responsible for any products lost or damaged during the return shipping process. We recommend that you use a tracked and insured shipping service.

Once we have received your returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days.

8. Shipping and Delivery Terms

We love providing the best possible experience to our customers, which is why we try to outline all information from the beginning.

We need 2-3 business days to prepare your order for shipment. During peak times or sales, it might take a little longer.

For our customers in Cyprus, we offer delivery via GAP Akis Express and Box Now (the carriers), which takes 1-2 business days and costs €3.50 incl. VAT. If your order is over €40, the delivery via GAP Akis Express will be free.

Once we've shipped your order, we'll send you an email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package. While we do everything we can to deliver your order on time, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as but not limited to delays by the carriers, an act of war or natural disasters.

If your order is returned to us because you failed to collect it from the delivery point of your choice, we'll send you a credit note. The credit note will be valid for 120 calendar days and it will be equal to the total of your order excl. shipping costs and return costs. If your order includes a personalised product we are unable to offer a credit note. In such case we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply along with the return costs we already paid.

9. Content Restrictions

We have content restrictions in place for all Personalised Products and any other material available on our website, including product reviews, comments, and social media posts. The following types of content are strictly prohibited:
