We love providing the best possible experience to our customers, which is why we try to outline all information from the beginning.

We need 2-3 business days to prepare your order for shipment. During peak times or sales, it might take a little longer.

For our customers in Cyprus, we offer delivery via GAP Akis Express, which takes 1-2 business days and costs €3.50 incl. VAT. If your order is over €40, the delivery via GAP Akis Expres will be free.

Once we've shipped your order, we'll send you an email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package. While we do everything we can to deliver your order on time, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as but not limited to delays GAP Akis Express from an act of war or natural disasters.

If your order is returned to us because you failed to collect it from the delivery point of your choice, we'll send you a credit note. The credit note will be valid for 120 calendar days and it will be equal to the total of your order excl. shipping costs and return costs. If your order includes a personalised product we are unable to offer a credit note. In such case we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply along with the return costs we already paid.
